Working At Home In Australia & New Zealand.

In all my years experience in business there's one thing I have noticed above all others. The growth of your business can be affected dramatically by the quality of your customer service. In my dealings with this company I've always been impressed with the level of professional competence of its front-line staff at the call center. But that's not all! What I've really grown to appreciate is the systematic way these customer service staff consistenly follow-up with my customers for me and which accounts for many customers being 're-acquired' or 'won back'. There's no doubt that this invaluable part of the service not only saves me time and money, it takes all the hard work of following-up right out of the equation (for me) enabling me to MANAGE my business instead of BEING IN my business.I learned the value of this from Michael E.Gerber's book "The E-Myth".

I first learned of this amazing health and wellness business almost two years ago during an online conference with a group of specialist SEO (Search Engine Optimization) people in the USA who, guided by an SEO strategy developed by Mr Tom Prendergast,proceeded to add another dimension to this business by getting noticed on Google! I watched, I learned and - like many others - I was astonished at what happened over subsequent months as we saw his business grow "out of sight"!
